class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En d\u00edas pasados, integrantes del Sindicato de trabajadores de la planta de Motores Ford, firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con la UTCH, esto, con el fin de involucrar directamente a su personal de trabajo, teniendo la oportunidad de estudiar en la instituci\u00f3n dentro de la\u00a0 carrera de Mantenimiento \u00e1rea Industrial.<\/p><p>Dentro de los beneficios que cuentan los inscritos provenientes de la planta son la flexibilidad de horarios, as\u00ed como apoyo en permutas por cambio de horario en la empresa, asesor\u00edas en ambos turnos y descuento en la inscripci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Hasta el momento, se cuenta con dos grupos, haciendo un total de 38 estudiantes los beneficiados.<\/p><p>Durante la reuni\u00f3n, el Rector; Kamel Athie Flores agradeci\u00f3 a la empresa el trabajar de la mano para que los empleados puedan crecer profesionalmente con el apoyo de esta gran casa de estudios, por su parte, el Secretario General del Sindicato de trabajadores de Motores Ford reiter\u00f3 el compromiso de difundir el programa, para as\u00ed lograr que en un futuro se puedan sumar m\u00e1s personas, posterior a ello se realiz\u00f3 la firma del convenio por ambas partes y se concluyo con la intervenci\u00f3n de algunos de los estudiantes trabajadores que forman parte del programa para comentar su experiencia, mismos que destacaron las grandes oportunidades que se les estaba brindado, as\u00ed como apoyo por ambas partes.<\/p><p>Cabe destacar que este convenio, forma parte de los varios en los que la UTCH mantiene, no solo con el sector empresarial, sino con varios sectores dentro y fuera del estado.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
