La instituci\u00f3n recibi\u00f3 a un grupo de 60 ni\u00f1as y adolescentes de la primaria Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Ponce de Le\u00f3n 2200 y la Telesecundaria No. 6166, Prof. Jos\u00e9 Meraz, en una jornada dedicada a inspirar el inter\u00e9s en las \u00e1reas STEM (Ciencias, Tecnolog\u00eda, Ingenier\u00eda y Matem\u00e1ticas).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Como parte de esta iniciativa, se llevaron a cabo talleres de programaci\u00f3n impartidos por el equipo de <strong>\u00abMujeres que Conectan y Crean: Inspirando Trayectorias en Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda\u00bb, <\/strong>un programa respaldado por el <strong>Fondo Estatal de Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n (FECTI). <\/strong>Este proyecto tiene como prop\u00f3sito principal derribar las barreras de g\u00e9nero en los campos cient\u00edficos y tecnol\u00f3gicos, proporcionando a las ni\u00f1as y j\u00f3venes herramientas y motivaci\u00f3n para explorar estas disciplinas desde una edad temprana.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Las actividades organizadas no solo brindaron conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos, sino que tambi\u00e9n ofrecieron un espacio de inspiraci\u00f3n y empoderamiento, abriendo nuevas oportunidades para su desarrollo acad\u00e9mico y profesional en el futuro. La UTCH reconoce la importancia de crear espacios equitativos en el \u00e1mbito cient\u00edfico y tecnol\u00f3gico, impulsando acciones concretas para garantizar un acceso igualitario a la educaci\u00f3n y las oportunidades laborales en estos sectores.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer y la Ni\u00f1a en la Ciencia es una oportunidad para reflexionar sobre el impacto positivo que tiene la participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en todas las \u00e1reas del conocimiento. Con eventos como este, la UTCH contin\u00faa abriendo puertas para que las ni\u00f1as y mujeres del ma\u00f1ana puedan construir un futuro m\u00e1s igualitario, lleno de innovaci\u00f3n y
