Jaime Gallardo, Asesor de Planeaci\u00f3n y Monitoreo en la Direcci\u00f3n de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Competitividad del Municipio de Chihuahua y Punto Focal de UNESCO, quien acudi\u00f3 a exponer las propuestas de estos programas.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"border: 1pt windowtext;padding: 0cm\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"border: 1pt windowtext;padding: 0cm\">En el encuentro participaron el Lic. Guillermo M\u00e1rquez, Subsecretario de Educaci\u00f3n Superior y Media Superior; el Rector de la UTCH, Dr. Kamel Athi\u00e9 Flores; y el Director de Planeaci\u00f3n, Lic. Jaime Prado. Desde junio de 2025, Rector\u00eda ha impulsado la participaci\u00f3n de la UTCH en iniciativas estrat\u00e9gicas junto con organismos gubernamentales, acad\u00e9micos e industriales para fortalecer el aprendizaje STEM y generar mayores oportunidades de formaci\u00f3n para la comunidad.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"border: 1pt windowtext;padding: 0cm\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;color: #000000\"><span style=\"border: 1pt windowtext;padding: 0cm\">Posteriormente, se estar\u00e1 compartiendo informaci\u00f3n detallada con la comunidad universitaria sobre las oportunidades de participaci\u00f3n y aprendizaje que se seguir\u00e1n impulsando desde nuestra
